Polini Hi-Speed Variator Kit - Honda Ruckus (2002+), Metropolitan (2002-2011)

Polini high performance variator set for Honda Ruckus and Honda Metropolitan GET 50cc. Increase top speed and overall acceleration performance.

Polini Speed Control Variator is a upgraded replacement for the stock variator unit. Designed with a larger variator pulley, higher speed is easily acheived with the correct roller weights. For best results, it's recommended to be used with a racing CDI (Feign Blaster CDI or Posh CDI)

Re-engineered ramp plate geometry allows the drive belt to travel further up the pulley face, widening the gear ratio for stronger off-the-line acceleration and a higher top-end speed. Includes two roller weight sets for tuning to your riding style.

Installation note: Do not grease roller tracks or weights — Polini rollers are engineered to run dry. Inspect rollers every 1,500 miles and replace if flat-spotted.
