Chimera Universal breather oil catch canister will help collect the oil/air mist generated from the pressure caused by the rotating crankshaft, Typically, this air contaminated with oil will recirculate back into the engine through the air box. However if the air box was removed, there's no way to recirculate the air, so the fitting on the engine valve cover will just have nothing connecting to it or a tube that will redirect it downwards. The residue will not only make the engine or bike dirty, but it could also be a safety hazard since the oil will make the rear tire oily; which potentially cause traction lost on the tire.
Chimera Universal breather oil catch can/tank is made from full stainless steel construction, all brackets and parts are TIG welded together and high polished to a nice mirror finished. Chimera Universal oil catch can will help separate the air and the oil and is easily cleaned by draining or with the use of solvent. Attach the canister anywhere on your bike, from the frame, exhaust hanger, or to the engine itself! Will accept bolts up to 10mm! Giving you the option to mount it and show it off where you desire!
