Introducing the Gears Racing FFC-200TT: an exceptional front fork cartridge kit designed for top-notch performance! This revolutionary replacement cartridge offers a closed loop system, ensuring that all oil flow and control take place within the cartridge itself, resulting in unparalleled precision. In contrast, other brands rely on damper rods, reusing certain OEM components and the oil guide piston ring, thus compromising suspension control compared to the FFC kit. Not only does the FFC installation process prove significantly simpler, but its complete cartridge design minimizes the possibility of errors.
Opt for the Gears Racing Black Chrome Fork Stanchions as an optional upgrade (+$150). These stanchions come already plated in an attractive black chrome color and are pre-machined for a seamless direct bolt-on installation. Choosing to run the OEM fork stanchions would necessitate machining the top, including chamfering for spring clearance. The Gears Racing Stanchions eliminate the need for any additional machine work, offering a convenient and efficient solution.

Two-way damping adjustment ( 200T/TT )
The soft and hard damping force can be adjusted according to the rider's needs.
The independent extension side (Rebound) and pressure side (Compression) separation adjustment with the actuarial adjustment of the needle angle, to make a wide range of damping force adjustment, to provide the rider with detailed damping force change requirements.
Spring Preload Adjustable
The spring preload can be adjusted slightly according to the rider's requirements.
The upper edge of the front fork has preloaded knobs. It is saving time to adjust 1MM for one rotation.
High Sensitivity wide-area Piston
High-sensitivity wide-area pistons, smooth oil passage design and large piston diversity torque changes provide the damping force required for shock reduction to moderately reduce motion during low-to-high-speed (wide-area) operation.
Chrome Steel Reinforced Spring
Spring is made of SAE9254 chrome steel to make a lightweight spring with a larger spacing.
Lightweight Inner Tube Set
A large number of high-strength and lightweight aluminum alloy materials are used to effectively reduce the weight of the spring.
