Genuine OEM Honda Rear Hub Carrier, also known as cush hub or sprocket carrier for Honda Grom 125 (2022+)
Will also fit Honda Monkey 125 (2022+).
These have 10mm studs on there to secure the sprocket.
If you're planning to run this rear hub carrier on 2014-2020 Grom's or Monkey's, please remember to also change the sprocket nut size to 10mm and also run the newer Grom/Monkey rear sprockets, which has 10mm holes.
