NOTES:

May not be compatible with some 3D-printed cup holders designed to fit the OEM panels. The channels may need to be widened, as the added Exo MOLLE panels increase the overall width of that section of the OEM panels.

The MOLLE panels are manufactured from sheet metal and require multiple bends and some welding. After the full production process—bending, welding, and powder coating—minor variations can occur. This is standard across the industry for sheet metal components that undergo these types of fabrication steps. We’ve seen similar tolerances in motorcycles, off-road and overland equipment, automotive applications, and other industries that rely on complex sheet metal forming. Additionally, slight variations can also occur in the plastic body panels themselves. Some gaps are expected. If needed, minor adjustments can be made by applying light hand pressure to gently bend the specific area requiring alignment.
