Use this load resistor kit to slow down the flash rate when upgrading to front LED turn signals. These plug directly into your factory connectors for a complete plug-in installation and has output for 1 Honda turn signal connection. Compatible with all aftermarket LED front turn signals that utilize the Honda OEM rectangular 3 pin connector. No cutting or modification needed! Compensates for most 21~23W front turn signal bulbs
