    Adjustable Performance Racing Clutch Kit for Honda Ruckus NPS50 (2002+) and Metropolitan CHF50 (2002-2012)!


    High Performance Fully Adjustable Clutch Set with a Ventilated Clutch Bell for Honda Ruckus 50cc (2002-2022) and Honda Metropolitan (2002-2012).

    The Clutch of your bike is often overlooked when looking for extra power. This clutch allows you to control when you would like the power band to be engaged by allowing you to adjust the spring tension. This clutch kit is a great upgrade for the Honda Ruckus Metropolitan GET engine to deliver power to the wheel!

    INSTALLATION NOTE:

    For the Honda GET 50cc engines, you would need to run the magic spacer that is included with the clutch kit. The magic spacer goes onto the transmission shaft first, then you slide the clutch into position, and then the clutch bell. The clutch will not spin or move if you do not use the magic spacer. Magic spacer SKU #: CH-1083 if you would like to purchase extra or spares.

    TUNING NOTES:

    Tuning the CVT transmission does take time to get it dialed in. The clutch tuning needs to be balanced out with the variator weights, so both setup matters. We recommend having the spring at the softest setting, which is no tension on the springs at all. You will need a range of 4g through 7g roller weights to use and test to find the perfect combination for your rider weight, variator setup, and engine performance.
    You could purchase tuning weight sets to help with your CVT tuning, this is the most cost-effective way to tune the variator weights: SKU#: HOCA-1011 or SKU#: PLN-1024
