Chimera Engineering Pro header for the Kawasaki Z125 Pro is fully TIG welded with 304 stainless steel material! Primary tubing size is 1", which is stepped up to 1-1/4"/1.25" all the way to the end of the header. The header pipe is made slightly longer so you could cut it down to exactly where you want to position your muffler. You could also step the header up to whatever size inlet that your muffler may have. Includes welded o2 bung for factory o2 sensors. Polished for the final finish!

Like with any other headers on the market, it's not meant to be used by itself! If you want to run an open header, it's REQUIRED to have a hanger or a bracket to support the header with the engine. Without the proper supporting bracket, the header WILL BREAK at the flange, this would happen to any and all header that doesn't have a support bracket at the end of the header or exhaust. Proper muffler support bracket is also required.
