I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

Often, people make mistakes typing in their email address, if that’s the case, email us and we will update the email address with the correct information. If the email information is correct, check your “junk” or “spam” folder to see if the email landed in there. If the confirmation email landed in there, please mark the email as safe so that any future emails would go to your inbox.

I made a mistake on my order, what do I do?

Send us an email immediately through our contact page, once we see this email, we will respond and make the changes to your order. Please also call us during our regular business hours at 626-531-6339 if you don’t receive an email response from your email. When calling, do not leave a voicemail, make sure you’ve talked to someone. Once the item is shipped and the tracking information has been provided and, please contact the shipping companies if there are any issues with the delivery of your package.

How long does it take for order processing before my order is shipped?

All orders placed on a business day before 3pm PST will ship that business day. Any orders placed after 3pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We are closed on the weekend and major holidays, therefore any orders placed during this time would be processed the following business day.

How long will domestic shipping/delivery take?

It depends on the carrier and shipping method you select. These are estimated transit time, it does not include any delays due to weather or storms.

How long will International shipping/delivery take?

It depends on the carrier and shipping method you select. Most transit time are based on major markets. Estimated transit time does not included any shipping delays due to border and custom control.

Will I receive a tracking number?

All orders that will ship will receive a tracking number. You could check your online order by logging into your Steady Garage online account OR by using the Track Order form on our website.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS

What aftermarket parts can a California customer or dealer sell or install without violating California air pollution control requirements?

After-market parts that can legally be sold under California’s air pollution control requirements are (1) systems that are designated “replacement parts,” (2) systems considered “modified parts” for which an Executive Order has been issued, and (3) systems only for use on “racing vehicles” that have been adequately identified as such.

What parts or systems are considered “replacement parts”?

Under California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations, “Replacement parts” are parts that have the same effect on emissions as the original equipment part that they are intended to replace.

Can I install an unapproved after-market part that was purchased by the owner from out of state?

Installation of unapproved after-market part is legal only if the systems are “replacement parts” or being installed on a motorcycle or ATV for competition use only.
