DESCRIPTION

Aracer has been redefining the ECU tuning world since launching in 2012—and now they’ve raised the bar again. Introducing the newest powerhouse in MiniMoto engine management: the RC Mini XX (X2).

The RC Mini XX isn’t just an upgrade, it’s a complete evolution in MiniMoto and motorcycle engine management! This is not a piggyback ECU, the RC Mini XX completely remove the OEM ECU, it's a true standalone system. Designed for true tuners and racers!

Adjustments could be made with a smartphone/tablet via Wi-Fi. The RCmini XX is 100% plug and play, no wiring is needed! Monitor all your engine vitals on your phone.

We recommend also purchasing the Aracer AF3 module as well so that AutoTune could be enabled.

On the hardware side, the Mini XX gets a massive upgrade. It’s built around a next-generation 4-core, dual-MCU architecture that delivers 25% more processing speed than the previous Mini X. Aracer also integrated an advanced Gallium Nitride (GaN) driver module, offering greater efficiency, faster response, and dramatically lower heat output compared to traditional silicon components.

Connectivity gets a boost too, thanks to a redesigned 360° high-power Wi-Fi antenna that delivers stronger signal strength and faster data transmission. Even the power supply has been refined, now offering 50% more efficiency and stability for consistent performance in all conditions.

Software performance steps up as well. The Mini XX debuts Aracer’s intelligent Gen2 Auto-Tuning, providing faster and more precise air/fuel correction when paired with the AF3. Additional new smart features include:

  • Faster activation and Wi-Fi pairing
  • Remote networking capability for live ECU data monitoring
  • Real-time fuel injection angle visualization
  • Graphical fuel injector opening display
  • Dynamic live injection-position and duration data
  • Fuel injector correction for precise compensation across injector tolerances
  • eBoost capability

ECU features

  • It continues to use the newly designed APP “aRacer X TUNE” platform, adding more powerful functions and providing easier Wi-Fi connection and Internet settings.
  • Built-in activation code settings, through mobile hotspot networking, ECU parameters can be remotely monitored.
  • It provides two functional platforms: Lite (low unit price, basic features) and Pro (mid-price, rich features), and customers can choose according to their needs and budget.
  • Both Lite and Pro versions offer paid subscriptions to unlock full functions or single paid upgrade new features.
  • Each ECU has a unique ID, and users can pay through online card swiping to activate the required function or subscription function using network update (OTA).
  • For example, the Lite version does not have an auto-tuning mode, and you can get the auto-tuning function by updating the ECU after paying online.
  • For example, the Lite version does not have adjustment functions such as ignition time, injection angle, starting fuel, etc., but through the subscription model, you can turn on all built-in functions for easy adjustment.
  • Yamaha / Honda and other ECUs are provided with control ISG models, using the eBoost function, and providing eBoost 1–8 sec motor power depending on the model.
  • QB burn-in time reduced by 200% (<60 sec)

NOTE: Basic understand of ECU tuning and functionality is required. There is a learning curve to everything when it comes to electronics, something as important as ECU shouldn't be skipped over. We highly recommend the end user to get familiar with the ECU.
