    Chimera Engineering ZS190 Zongshen Daytona Anima 190CC Engine Swap kit for 2019+ Honda CRF 110F! Get more speed and power without breaking the bank on a big bore kit! Most Daytona and ZS190 engines come standard with a 5-speed transmission, so you could gear it for all types of different tracks or trails! The Chimera Engineering kit retains the original CRF110F EFI system! More play and track time and less time fiddling around with a carburetor.


    Chimera Engineering ZS190 Zongshen 190CC Engine Swap - Honda CRF 110 (2019+)!

    This kit will allow you to swap in the bigger Daytona Anima 190cc or Zongshen ZS190 engine to your Honda CRF110F with EFI (2019+). The Daytona/ZS190 engines are capable of at least 17HP and most of them come standard with a 5-speed transmission.

    Simple Plug and Play Mount. No welding or Grinding is needed. This makes the engine transplant reversible, so if you ever need to go back to the original engine, then you may do so! The engine mounting hole on the engine case will need to be drilled to 10mm to accommodate the larger engine bolt (standard diameter on the crate engine is 8mm).

    NOTE:

    The header pipe would need to be modified so that it could fit the new head position and location.

    Some of the existing OEM engine mounting bolts and nuts would be reused.
